Likewise Institutional factors that can ensure and strengthen the comprehensive training in higher education are analyzed: disciplinary integration, flexibility, innovation, leadership, participation, self-evaluation and accreditation. en-US
dc.description En este artículo se analiza la formación integral como acción fundamental de la educación superior al tenor de la nueva normativa legal y a los predicamentos contemporáneos sobre la educación, el conocimiento y la investigación. Esta formación involucra no solamente a los estudiantes sino a toda la comunidad universitaria, en particular a Los docentes, cuya responsabilidad reflexiva sobre su quehacer debe llevarlos a operar los pilares identificados en la educación. Así mismo se analizan Los factores institucionales que pueden procurar y fortalecer la formación integral en la educación superior: integración disciplinar, flexibilidad, innovación, liderazgo, participación, autoevaluación y acreditación.  es-ES
