dc.description The pre-school education corresponds to the education offered to the boys and to the girls with fewer ages to five years, for their integral development in the biological, cognitive, psychomotor, socio-emotional and spiritual aspects, with pedagogic and recreate socialization experiences. The children who join to first of primary the industrial locality and of the bay, present academic differences depending on the establishments where they did their pre-school one. The study was to compare the community education project in Children's Homes ICBF with the educational plan of the school officials of the Ministry of Education in the Industrial locality and bay in Cartagena de Indias. The determinants found to affect the academic development of children who enter elementary school, were the nutrition, health, emotional, social and pedagogical conditions necessary and sufficient infrastructure. Preschool education in the psychological development of the child is important and essential, the interaction of family and community, the activities within the institution, where the stimuli help shape values for their integral development. en-US
dc.description La educación preescolar corresponde a la ofrecida a los niños y a las niñas con edades menores a cinco años, con el objetivo de buscar su desarrollo integral en los factores biológicos, cognoscitivos, psicomotriz, socio-afectivos y psíquica, por medio de experiencias de expresión dogmática y divertida. Los niños que ingresan a primero de primaria en la localidad industrial y de la bahía en Cartagena de Indias, presentan diferencias académicas dependiendo de los establecimientos donde hicieron su preescolar. El presente artículo de investigación tuvo como objetivo comparar el proyecto educativo comunitario de los Hogares Infantiles del ICBF con el proyecto educativo de los colegios oficiales del Ministerio de Educación Nacional en la localidad industrial y de la bahía en Cartagena de Indias. Los determinantes encontrados que afectan el desarrollo académico de los niños que ingresan a la básica primaria fueron nutrición, salud, socioafectivo, pedagógico y las condiciones de infraestructura necesarias y suficientes. La educación preescolar en el desarrollo psicológico del niño es importante e imprescindible, la interacción con la familia y su comunidad, las actividades que realiza dentro de la institución, donde los estímulos ayudan a formarlos en valores para su desarrollo integral. es-ES
