dc.description The infirmary situation, is all context where the nurse acts, inside which carries out her professional list applying a plan of individualized cares that she applies with the scientific rigor that confers him her patient s valuation through the functional patterns, proposed as an unique system of infirmary valuation. Starting from this point the nurse identifies the concepts bigger than each situation, which are equal to the necessities but felt of her patient, valuing the interrelation among these concepts, because this way she is explained in great measure her patient s behavior. In all infirmary situation the attributes of the receiver of the care, and their own attributes like person and nurse enter in constant interaction, inside which the pattern of empiric knowledge that confer him the scientific to each one of the decisions that takes, the ethical pattern that shows him the correct road for their to act, the aesthetic pattern that allows him to identify the beauty of each situation for difficult that is, are and the pattern of personal knowledge that implies to be known to if same, to recognize their attributes and their lacks, to apply the best thing to each one from the patients to their position. to exercise the list correctly, the nurse should recognize her philosophical location inside the context of the care, this location traditionally corresponds to the paradigm Empiric and the Interpretive. en-US
dc.description La situación de enfermería, es todo contexto donde actúa la enfermera, dentro del cual desempeña su rol profesional aplicando un plan de cuidados individualizados que aplica con el rigor científico que le confiere la valoración de su paciente a través de los patrones funcionales, propuestos como un sistema único de valoración de enfermería. A partir de este punto la enfermera identifica los conceptos mayores de cada situación, los cuales equivalen a las necesidades más sentidas de su paciente, valorando la interrelación entre estos conceptos, porque de esta manera se explica en gran medida el comportamiento de su paciente. En toda situación de enfermería entran en constante interacción los atributos del receptor del cuidado, y sus propios atributos como persona y enfermera, dentro de los cuales están el patrón de conocimiento empírico que le confieren la cientificidad a cada una de las decisiones que toma, el patrón ético que le muestra el camino correcto para su actuar, el patrón estético que le permite identificar la belleza de cada situación por difícil que sea, y el patrón de conocimiento personal que implica conocerse a sí misma, reconocer sus atributos y sus falencias, para aplicar lo mejor a cada uno de los pacientes a su cargo. Para ejercer con propiedad el rol, la enfermera debe reconocer su ubicación filosófica dentro del contexto del cuidado, esta ubicación tradicionalmente corresponden al paradigma Empiricista y el Interpretativo.
