dc.description The raising of other meanings about cultural practices that are constituted by objects and intangible manifestations, are faced to the impossibility of its legitimation because the logic of the patrimony transforms theses meanings in an expression of the point of view of whose is able to see it. Despite the mutability of patrimony as a political category, I argue that this category, currently, has become immutable as a project of a lot of  that works to establish a specify sense to the material heritage. In this process there is not a concern about the way through an interest group fixed some meanings, specifically the meanings that are inside the laws and museums that put as starting point: doesn’t care that the king is nude, we will keep the idea with the fictions that supposed that king has the best dress he can. By using this ideas this paper wants to discuss the im-possibilities of other meanings to patrimony as a political category. en-US
dc.description La emergencia de sentidos “otros” sobre prácticas culturales que involucran objetos y manifestaciones culturales del tipo que llamaríamos inmatrial, se enfrenta ante la imposibilidad de su legitimación debido a que la lógica de lo patrimonial los convierte en una expresión de la mirada (mismidad) de quien los reconoce. A pesar de lo mudable que resulta ser la concepción del patrimonio, como lo puede ser cualquier construcción discursiva, se plantea que aquél se ha tornado inmudable debido a las estrategias implementadas por las instituciones encargadas de materializar el ideal de un patrimonio nacional compartido y aún homogéneo. En este proceso no ha importado la historización del como una construcción de un grupo de interés particular orientado a instalar el  ideal de ser moderno, el que se reinscribe en las leyes y en los museos con un sutil mensaje: no importa que el rey este desnudo, seguiremos hasta el fin con (la ficción de) el traje que le hemos puesto. En este sentido, este texto intenta discutir sobre la (im) posibilidad, en el estado de cosas actual, de la construcción y posterior legitimación de otros sentidos patrimoniales. es-ES
