dc.description In this article a new curriculum theory with a certain level of generalization is proposed, which allows its application with various conditions and in many types of educational organizations. A conceptual framework that serves as a starting point for the improvement of pedagogical theory about the development of skills and the basis for the changes required by the educational process today is presented. They offer pedagogical practice argued theoretical and methodological suggestions for the improvement of the training process and comprehensive development of students. en-US
dc.description En este artículo se propone una nueva teoría curricular con determinado nivel de generalización, lo cual posibilita su aplicación con diversas condiciones y en muchos tipos de organizaciones educativas. Se presenta un marco teórico conceptual que sirve como punto de partida para el perfeccionamiento de la teoría pedagógica acerca del desarrollo de las competencias y como base para las transformaciones que necesita el proceso pedagógico en la actualidad. Se ofrecen a la práctica pedagógica sugerencias argumentadas teórica y metodológicamente para el perfeccionamiento del proceso de formación y desarrollo integral de los estudiantes. es-ES
