dc.description This research analyzes different innovative university experiences with blogs. We carry out these experiences in the first four-month period of the academic course 2008-09 in the University of Extremadura (Spain). The qualitative data was obtained by the commentaries realized in the groups of class discussion, the analysis of the contents of the electronic mail messages and the comments sent to the blog of the subject. The study emphasizes the potential of the blogs as a didactic resource in Superior Education and as a means of communication among the members of the educational community. The research also concludes that the student should carry out an active and reflexive role. en-US
dc.description La investigación analiza diferentes experiencias universitarias innovadoras con blogs realizadas en el primer cuatrimestre del curso académico 2008-09 en la Universidad de Extremadura, España. Los datos cualitativos fueron obtenidos por los comentarios realizados en los grupos de discusión de clase, el análisis de los contenidos de los mensajes de correo electrónico remitidos por los estudiantes y los comentarios enviados al blog de la asignatura. El estudio pone de relieve el potencial de los blogs como un recurso didáctico en Educación Superior, como medio de comunicación entre los miembros de la comunidad educativa y el desempeño de un rol activo y reflexivo por parte del estudiante; además de contribuir a evaluar la práctica docente, constituirse en un repositorio de actividades didácticas y convertirse en herramientas fáciles de utilizar para la edición y publicación en red. es-ES
