dc.description The present investigation is developed in the universities of the department of Magdalena, Colombia, with the purpose of knowing the characteristics of the university entrepreneurial system. The episteme was systemic, with a descriptive type of research, where cross-sectional fieldwork was done by conducting 25 interviews with entrepreneurship teachers from different universities in the city. The systemic method supported by the hermeneutic components showed that the university entrepreneurship ecosystems in Santa Marta are open, deterministic, simple, with little interaction among its elements, and with an appearance of entropy not related to the wear and tear of the system, but to the incipient entrepreneurship systems. Regarding homeostasis of the university ecosystems in the department of Magdalena, except for the National Learning Service (SENA), few of them present this condition and do not manage to put themselves at the service of the department’s entrepreneurs. Finally, the autopoiesis of university entrepreneurship systems does not generate the necessary income to be self-sustaining and reproducible. en-US
dc.description La presente investigación es desarrollada en las universidades del departamento del Magdalena, Colombia, con el propósito de conocer las características del sistema emprendedor universitario. La episteme es sistémica, con un tipo de investigación descriptivo, con el que se hizo trabajo de campo de corte transversal al realizar 25 entrevistas a docentes de emprendimiento de las diferentes universidades de la ciudad. El método sistémico apoyado por los componentes hermenéuticos arroja que los ecosistemas de emprendimiento universitarios en Santa Marta son abiertos, determinísticos, simples, con poca interacción entre sus elementos y con apariencia de entropía no relacionada con el desgaste del sistema, sino con los sistemas de emprendimiento incipientes. En cuanto a la homeostasis, de los ecosistemas universitarios del departamento del Magdalena, a excepción del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA), son pocos los que presentan esta condición y no logran ponerse al servicio de los emprendedores del departamento. Por último, la autopoyesis de los sistemas de emprendimiento universitarios no generan los ingresos necesarios para ser autosostenibles y reproducibles. es-ES
