dc.description This article describes the reality of the colombian Caribbean from the perspective of human development integral to start to understand that problematic situations are opportunities to enhance the transformations that allow to retrieve the subject social and collective. So the reconstruction of regional identity from the contributions of educational communities that build-oriented curriculum to become full, proactive, people with leadership and management capacity for sustainable development in a changing world. The article proposes some strategies to address alternatives to a society in which the quality of life and human dignity are the sense of the daily work in the context of the Caribbean colombianidad and globalism in practice. en-US
dc.description El presente artículo describe la realidad del Caribe colombiano desde las perspectivas de desarrollo humano integral, a partir de comprender que las situaciones problemáticas son oportunidades para potenciar las transformaciones que permitan recuperar al sujeto social y colectivo, de manera que se reconstruya la identidad regional a partir de los aportes de las comunidades educativas que edifican el currículo orientado a formar personas plenas, proactivas, con capacidad de liderazgo y gestión hacia el desarrollo sostenible en un mundo en constante cambio. El artículo propone algunas estrategias para abordar en la práctica las alternativas hacia una sociedad en la cual la calidad de vida y la dignidad humana sean el sentido del quehacer cotidiano en el contexto de la colombianidad Caribe y la globalidad. es-ES
