dc.description The knowledge management, is related to the management of the intangible assets that generate value for organizations. The majority of these intangible assets are present in related processes, of one form or another, with the acquisition, structuring and transmission of knowledge. Knowledge management is thus in formative research, an effective tool that comes from the understanding of the critical value of other factors, less "typical" that the documentation or the isolated data, and awareness of the need to find ways to sustain it and get this strategic benefits. For its part the research groups of research are spaces in which intangible assets of knowledge within university institutions, because the formative research embodied in the students, can generate a range of skills to facilitate scientific production. en-US
dc.description La gestión del conocimiento está relacionada con la misión de los diligentes inmateriales que generan valor para las organizaciones. La mayoría de estos activos intangibles están presentes en técnicas relacionadas, de una u otra manera, con la atracción, organización y transferencia del conocimiento. Así pues, la gestión del conocimiento tiene en la investigación formativa una herramienta eficaz que proviene de la perspicacia del precio crítico de otros elementos menos "típicos" que la documentación o el dato aislado, y la cognición de la parvedad de localizar modos para sustentarlo y obtener de estos bienes transcendentales. Por su parte, los semilleros de investigación son espacios en los que se pueden generar activos intangibles de conocimiento en los organismos de formación superior, debido a que la investigación formativa plasma en los semilleristas una serie de competencias que facilitarán la producción científica y el relevo generacional. es-ES
