dc.description From the hermeneutic, interpretive and philosophical point of view, it is evident that the law has evolved in such a way that it has generated social changes, impacting the foundations of history, philosophy and literature throughout different millennia and during different periods of history. humanity. Thus, judicial institutions have been set up and the reductionist approaches to which the discipline had been led for many years have been abandoned. Now, the institutionalization of the law is a coordinated and articulated work, where the judges take fundamental roles and must necessarily make an interpretation. In this way, it is observed, as a result of various transformations in the concepts of the discipline, a series of institutions and social classes that allow regulating today's society and keeping it in harmony. Such is the case of religion, politics, work, morals, ethics, prison, marriage, school, birth, death and university. Many politicians, philosophers, jurists and criminologists have argued about the genesis of these legal institutions that are important for the development and functioning of humanity. Now, although it is true that the history of human beings has not been exempt from abuses in relation to respect for and guarantees of their fundamental rights, to the point that at a certain moment it was a crime to mention them, it has also been verified how law, morality and ethics have been modified recognizing the importance of preserving not only legal institutions, but all those that were established at the time as real factors of power. It is clear that social transformations are required for the benefit of people, who innovate more every day and seek greater knowledge and development. To that extent, institutions stand out as a fairly broad and interesting concept in the development of research in law, philosophy and sociology, among other sister sciences, because they are the ones that regulate human behavior in society. en-US
dc.description Desde la óptica hermenéutica, interpretativa y filosófica, es evidente que el derecho ha evolucionado de tal manera que ha generado cambios sociales, impactando en los cimientos de la historia, la filosofía y la literatura a lo largo de distintos milenios y durante diferentes épocas de la humanidad. Así, se han constituido instituciones judiciales y se han abandonado los enfoques reduccionistas a los que se había visto abocada la disciplina desde hace muchos años. Ahora, la institucionalización del derecho es un trabajo coordinado y articulado, donde los jueces toman papeles fundamentales y deben hacer necesariamente una interpretación. De este modo se observa, como resultado de variadas transformaciones en los conceptos de la disciplina, una serie de instituciones y estamentos sociales que permiten regular a la sociedad de hoy en día y mantenerla en armonía. Tal es el caso de la religión, la política, el trabajo, la moral, la ética, la prisión, el matrimonio, la escuela, el nacimiento, la defunción y la universidad. Muchos políticos, filósofos, juristas y criminólogos han argumentado en torno a la génesis de estas instituciones jurídicas que son importantes para el desarrollo y funcionamiento de la humanidad. Ahora, si bien es cierto que la historia de los seres humanos no ha estado exenta de atropellos en relación con el respeto y las garantías de sus derechos fundamentales, hasta el punto de que en determinado momento era un delito mencionarlos, también se ha constatado cómo el derecho, la moral y la ética se han modificado reconociendo la importancia de conservar no solo las instituciones jurídicas, sino todas aquellas que en su momento se establecieron como factores reales del poder. Es claro que se requieren transformaciones sociales en beneficio de las personas, que cada día innovan más y buscan mayor conocimiento y desarrollo. En esa medida, las instituciones se destacan como un concepto bastante amplio e interesante en el desarrollo de las investigaciones del derecho, la filosofía y la sociología, entre otras ciencias hermanas, porque ellas son las que regulan el comportamiento humano en sociedad es-ES
