dc.description In this article a DIDACTIC PROPOSAL for the stimulation and the development of theProfessional Creativity of the students in the pedagogical process of the universities appears. The didactic proposal contains the definition of specific terms about the creativity in the Technical and Professional Education, the requirements for its stimulation and development and the Methodology Theoretical Model. One is based on the use of a set of professional problematic situations like methodology alternative to activate the learning.  en-US

Ella contiene la definición de términos específicos acerca de la creatividad en la Educación Técnica y Profesional, los requisitos para su estimulación y desarrollo y el Modelo Teórico Metodológico. Se basa en la utilización de un conjunto de situaciones problémicas profesionales como alternativa metodológica para activar el aprendizaje.    es-ES
