dc.description Colombia presents several limitations to homosexual marriage, undermining the development and conformation of LGBTI families. Those who include with this population only achieve a precarious protection of their rights through brief jurisprudential interpretations, which, beyond advocating for this community, require a law that regulates these unions. The purpose of this document is to identify the obstacles to homoparental unions, taking into account the interpretations of the constitution, the regulatory gaps, the intervening agents and the political factors that may affect the normal development of a necessary regulation. en-US
dc.description Colombia presenta varios limitantes al matrimonio homosexual, vulnerando el desarrollo y la conformación de las familias LGBTI. Quienes se incluyen en esta población únicamente logran una precaria protección a sus derechos a través de breves interpretaciones jurisprudenciales, las cuales, más allá de abogar por esta comunidad, exigen una ley que reglamente estas uniones. Este escrito tiene la finalidad de identificar los obstáculos de las uniones homoparentales, teniendo en cuenta las interpretaciones a la Constitución, los gigantes vacíos normativos, los agentes intervinientes y los factores políticos que pueden afectar el normal desarrollo de una regulación necesaria. es-ES
