dc.description With the investigation faces the scientific problem related to the elevation of the level of formation of the professional abilities that is required so that a worker in formation of the specialty civil construction withdraws in conditions for showing a competent professional performance in the spheres of the process investor of the construction. The productive process unfolded to solve the problem had as it contributes to essential theoretician the modeling of the process of elevation of the level of formation of the professional abilities, which in the way in which it was conceived, shows own qualities to assume as a system of phycopedagogy considerations bases theoretician - methodology that nature and humanist with critery of a competent professional performance for the sector of the construction. The practical contribution is a methodology to elevate the level of formation of professional abilities that the workers in formation need the specialty civil construction to show a competent professional performance, and for which, the same one makes possible to assure, to orient, to execute and to evaluate the referred process in the polytechnical schools of the Holguín province, in Cuba.   en-US
dc.description Con la investigación se enfrenta el problema científico relacionado con la elevación del nivel de formación de las habilidades profesionales que se requiere para que un trabajador en formación de la especialidad Construcción Civil egrese en condiciones de manifestar un desempeño profesional competente en las esferas del proceso inversionista de la construcción. El proceso productivo desplegado para resolver el problema tuvo como aporte teórico esencial la modelación del proceso de elevación del nivel de formación de las habilidades profesionales, el cual en la manera como se concibió, manifiesta cualidades propias por asumir como base teórico - metodológica un sistema de consideraciones psicopedagógicas que integra la naturaleza sistémica, implicativa, personológica y humanista con criterios de un desempeño profesional competente para el sector de la construcción. El aporte práctico es una metodología para elevar el nivel de formación de habilidades profesionales que necesitan los trabajadores en formación de la especialidad Construcción Civil para manifestar un desempeño profesional competente y para lo cual, la misma posibilita asegurar, orientar, ejecutar y evaluar el referido proceso en las escuelas politécnicas de la provincia Holguín, en Cuba.      es-ES
