dc.description Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the social ethics and the dignity of human life. In this respect, it is relevant to study how current social evolution has changed the state organizations into a structural expression, function a land cognitive, as a result of power relations by the appropriation of social production surplus and ethics as the perfect and instinctive mechanism that reproduces the socially accepted behavior. Under this point of view, it is essential new ways of living grounded in social ethics, the dignity of human life and social justice, in which the individual and society are proposed, as organizations act as a body fluid, which is mobilized to insist, resist and strengthen personnel actions, without allowing that the adverse effect the success of an organization to achieve the proposed objectives. Such a situation arises the present article, which develops two categories, such as ethics and dignity of human life, doctrinally supported in Escobar (2005), Roldan (2009), Camps and Giner (1998), Sen (2002), Morin (1999), among others. Also, the documentary-type research is under an on-experimental approach, where there are large foundations that helped to strengthen the social evolution of state organizations.   en-US
dc.description El propósito de este estudio consistió en analizar la ética social y la dignificación de la vida humana. En este sentido, es pertinente estudiar cómo la evolución social en la actualidad ha convertido a las organizaciones del Estado en una expresión estructural, funcional y cognoscitiva, producto de las relaciones de poder por la apropiación de los excedentes sociales de producción y la ética como el mecanismo idóneo e instintivo que reproduce la conducta socialmente aceptada. Bajo esta óptica, se hace imprescindible nuevas formas de convivencia sustentadas en la ética social, la dignificación de la vida humana y la justicia social, en la cual se plantean el individuo y la sociedad, puesto que las organizaciones actúan como una entidad fluida, la cual se moviliza para insistir, resistir y fortalecer las acciones del personal, sin permitir que las adversidades afecten el éxito obtenido por una organización al alcanzar los objetivos propuestos. Surge de tal situación, el presente artículo, el cual desarrolla dos categorías, tales como ética y la dignificación de la vida humana, sustentada doctrinariamente en Escobar (2005), Roldan (2009), Camps y Giner (1998), Sen (2002), Morín (1999), entre otros. Asimismo, la investigación es de tipo documental, bajo un enfoque no experimental, donde existen amplios fundamentos que contribuyeron a fortalecer la evolución social de las organizaciones del estado.     es-ES
